the Emerald Forest provides a stunning backdrop for a strikingly serene and cherished MIcro-wedding or elopement.

stage ceremony

A gorgeous ceremony location on the stage beneath the screen. Guests can view your ceremony from the various lounge pods, swings, Kodoma Zome pods, and chairs atop the theater. The viewing area transitions perfectly into the reception space.

forest ceremony

Amongst the ethereal forest, the possibilities are endless. An optional arch may be provided or utilize the tress for endless backdrop possibilities like a gorgeous flower screen. Guests may then walk to the theater and stage for the reception.

Small weddings and elopements

Couples may entertain up to a maximum of thirty-five guests for their mico-wedding/elopement. Choose from various ceremony locations throughout the property, including the stage, the theater platform, or find a special spot in the forest; there are many to choose from!

  • Outdoor Theater with a capacity of up to 35 persons depending on the configuration

  • 16’ Outdoor Movie Screen & Projector. The projector is suitable for daytime viewing

  • Stage - 16’x 13’ ground-level stage between the theater and the screen

  • Yurt - 24’ (450 sq ft)

  • Tipi - 14’ diameter

  • Gazebo - 10’x 10’

  • Live Edge Pine Table In the Gazebo - 10’ x 3’

  • Barbeque

  • Firepit

  • Restroom facilities are available

  • Two 10’ by 10’ pop-up tents available in the event of heavier rain

  • Use of 750’ Ziplines for transporting heavier supplies in/out – Six bins max. (2’ x 3’ x 1.5’)

  • Venue Attendant

  • No catering or vendor restrictions; you may choose your own. We highly recommend they visit the venue before commitment.

  • Beer/wine/champagne only. No general service of hard liquor.

  • No glassware for drinks due to the difficulty of cleaning up breakage

  • Proof of event/liability insurance is required, as well as a banquet permit (alcohol is on-premises)

  • Amplified music curfew of 10 pm (firm).

  • All clean-up must be completed by the end of the event time

  • We are not an ADA-accessible venue.

  • Parking near the forest for bride, groom and vendors. Guests will need to use the park and ride three minutes away and shuttle to the trailhead. (Responsibility of Bride & Groom).
